  • YOUR LIFESTLYE – Find the property that meets your needs (Near schools, highways, parks, restaurants, etc.)
WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING :
  • INTERVIEW REALTORS – Please Just Don’t Use A Friend Or Family Member, Hire The Most Qualified And Best Fit.
  • GET PRE-APPROVED FOR A MORTGAGE – A Good Realtor Should Also Know The Mortgage Game.
  • VIEWING HOMES – Get A Taste For Neighbourhoods And Layouts.
  • FIND THE DEAL – We have access to bank sales, distress sales, private sales, expireds. Not all properties are available online, some don’t hit mls. Make sure your realtor has access to all of these.
  • BUILD “A” TEAM – Realtor, mortgage broker, lawyer, home inspector, movers, plumbers, electricians, handy man ect. your success depends on the quality of your team.
HOW TO PURCHASE :
  • Be protected by inserting all appropriate clauses on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale
  • Negotiate! Negotiate! Negotiate! It’s a big purchase. Lets get It right!
  • Get the home inspected if possible-Don’t buy a lemon.
